OSI Officine Stampaggi Industriali (OSI) was set up in 1960 as a subsidiary of Ghia, with seat in Turin (Italy), to build cars for different car manufactures. The company was created in 1960 by Luigi Segre (former president of Ghia) and Arrigo Olivetti. Sedans and sports cars with own OSI Design were built for Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Ford and Innocenti in usually small numbers.
