Officine Stampaggi Industriali (OSI)
was set up in 1960 as a subsidiary of Ghia, with seat in Turin (Italy), to build cars for different car manufactures. The company was created in 1960 by Luigi Segre (former president of Ghia) and Arrigo Olivetti. The aim of the new company was to produce models designed by Ghia as well as production tools for the industry.
Sedans and sports cars with own OSI Design were built for Alfa Romeo, Fiats, Ford and Innocenti in usually small numbers. The probably most well-known vehicle was the Ford OSI 20 M TS Coupé.
